Zan Berube is a New York City–based actress whose career has taken her from national tours to the Off-Broadway stage. Most recently, she stepped into the iconic red scrunchie as Heather Chandler in the Off-Broadway revival of Heathers: The Musical.

Her credits include Lorraine Baines in the First National Tour of Back to the Future: The Musical, Anne Boleyn in the North American Tour of SIX, and Sandy in Grease at Music Theatre Wichita. From Tudor queens to time travel to the halls of Westerburg High, Zan has had the opportunity to bring some unforgettable characters to life for audiences across the country.

A proud 2020 graduate of the University of Michigan’s School of Music, Theatre & Dance, Zan holds a BFA in Musical Theatre. Go Blue!

When she's not onstage, Zan can often be found collaborating on new theatrical works and workshops in New York City. With a particular love for the creative process behind developing new musicals, she hopes to one day bring an entirely new character to life as an original cast member.
